Kibale National Park birding
Here you will find a variety of forest birds including the Red Winged Francolin Red Chested Fluftail African Pita, Joyful greenbul and many other bird species totaling to about 335 in number.
Queen Elizabeth National Park Birding
though the park which is also famous for wildlife in Uganda, with about 550 bird species, some include Snake Eagle, Barbet, Kingfisher, Lesser Striped Swallow, Grey-backed Shrike, Common Fiscal, Starling and Widowbird, among others

Bwindi Impenetrable Birding
One of the top richest flora and fauna forests of East Africa. Find over 357 bird species. A must not miss include the Albertine rift Endemics, Rwenzori Batis, Black Bee eater and the African Green Broadbill.
Semiliki National park Birding
Some of the species to look out for are the five species that are endemic to the Albertine Rift ecosystem. Species to look out for here include the Nkulengu Rail, White-crested Hornbill, Yellow-throated Cuckoo, Red-rumped Tinkerbird Piping Hornbill, Red-billed Dwarf Hornbill, Black, and theBlack-casqued Wattled Horbill amongst other species.
Lake Mburo National Park Birding
Lake Mburo’s key birding spots include swampy valleys and viewing platforms near the salt licks and in the forest. Species found at these locations include the Rufous-bellied Heron, Bateleur, Coqui Francolin, Grey Crowned Crane, Black-bellied Bustard and Brown-chested Lapwing
Entebbe Botanical Gardens
Some of the bird species in this area include Verreaux’s eagle, orange tufted and red chested Sunbirds and orange weaver. The latter breed in the bushes on the shores of Lake Victoria along with slender-billed, Northern Brown –throated, yellow backed, and Jackson’s Golden –backed.
Kidepo Valley National Park Birding
