Lake Mburo National Park

The main entry gates are Sanga Gate, near Lyantonde town, and Nshaara Gate, near Mbarara town. The roads leading to the park are in good condition for most of the year, but a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during the rainy season.

For visitors who prefer air travel, charter flights can be arranged from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airstrip to Mbarara Airfield, followed by a short drive to the park.
