Overview
This tour allows you to do some biking on the peninsula of lake victoria, get an insight into the lives of the people that live there, the green scenery, and the fresh and cool breezes from Lake Victoria, all on the comfort of your bike, going to Jinja which is best known for its location on Lake Victoria at the source of the Nile, Africa’s longest river. You will also do rafting on River Nile. Enjoy Boat safaris at Kazinga channel, home to a wide range of animals and birds, including one of the world’s largest concentrations of hippos (around 2000) and countless crocodiles and Game safaris in Queen Elizabeth National Park which is known for its abundant wildlife, including African elephant. African buffalo, Ugandan kobs, hippos, waterbucks, warthogs, etc and it’s also home to 95 mammal species and over 600 bird species. Not forgetting Chimpanzee trekking.
Itinerary
You will be picked up from the hotel after your breakfast and will be transferred to beach house gardens, take a boat which will transfer you to the starting point. You will do a ride of 25km on Lake Victoria peninsular and after come back for lunch and then transfer to Jinja but on the way, you will have another activity which is nature walk through mabira forest, and this is one the biggest rainforests in Uganda.

After an early breakfast, the guide will drive you to the starting point where you will meet up with other people for the rafting activity, since this is a full day rafting, you will have meals from there. After the activity, you will drive to the source of the Nile.

In the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is famously abundant wildlife, including African elephants, African buffalo, Ugandan kobs, hippopotamus, topi, waterbuck, warthog, giant forest hog, Nile crocodile, leopard, spotted hyena, chimpanzee, and lion. Overall, the park is home to 95 mammal species and over 600 bird species. You will have an evening boat safari at the Kazinga channel.

The earliest bird catches the worm, and this is definitive of the morning game drive. Offering you great insights into the lives of our “morning” wild counterparts; lions, buffaloes, hippos, elephants, waterbucks, warthogs and so much more. This should cover the rest of the morning and after a bit of chill time, we would be set for the Chimp Trekking. Well scientists say that chimps are humanity’s closest living relatives, and so perhaps this experience will give you a great insight into how true this is.

Early in the morning after breakfast, we shall start our journey back to Kampala, you will cross the Uganda equator for the second time, viewing the mountain ranges, if time allows, see crater lakes where you will be dropped at your hotel or the airport.
