Overview
This tour takes you to see some of Uganda’s top wildlife spots, The Queen Elizabeth National Park which is known for its abundant wildlife, including African elephant, African buffalo, Ugandan kobs, hippopotamus, topi, waterbuck, warthog, giant forest hog, Nile crocodile, leopard, spotted hyena, the chimpanzee. The park is also home to 95 mammal species and over 600 bird species. You will do activities like chimpanzee trekking and game safaris to find the tree-climbing lions, also do boat safaris at Kazinga channel, home to a wide range of animals and birds, including one of the world’s largest concentrations of hippos (around 2000) and countless crocodiles. You also get to explore Lake Victoria peninsular, get an insight into the lives of the people that live here, the green scenery, and the fresh and cool breezes from Lake Victoria, all on the comfort of your bike. Also, this allows taking on the Nile in a rafting experience.
Itinerary
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport, ready to take you to your lodging where you will spend your night. Depending on your arrival time, there are lots of exciting activities to do in Kampala/Entebbe, like visiting the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre, Reptile Village, or even a Kampala city tour.

You will be picked up from the hotel after your breakfast and will be transferred to beach house gardens, take a boat which will transfer you to the starting point. You will do a ride of 25km on Lake Victoria peninsular and after come back for lunch and then transfer to Jinja, famous as the historic source of the Nile River, Jinja is now the adrenaline capital of East Africa.

Very early in the morning after breakfast, you start the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will have lunch in Fort Portal dubbed the “Tourism City of Uganda”. Lying on the edge of Uganda’s equatorial rainforest, this area code is an enchanting land full of crater lakes, grassland, tea plantations, forests, and mountain ranges. Thereafter, get on the afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lake Edward and George. This channel attracts a wide range of aquatic animals predominantly hippos and Nile Crocodiles.

The earliest bird catches the worm, and this is definitive of the morning game drive. Offering you great insights into the lives of our “morning” wild counterparts; lions, buffaloes, hippos, elephants, waterbucks, warthogs and so much more. This should cover the rest of the morning and after a bit of chill time, we would be set for the Chimp Trekking. Go on a morning game safari to Ishasha which is famous because of the unique tree-climbing lions. This Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park is dominated by candelabra trees with big branches that allow lions to hang up there. There are also the savannah word land trees like the acacia trees.
