This six-day Uganda tour takes you on a journey through two of the country’s most iconic and breathtaking national parks: Kibale Forest and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Your adventure begins in Kibale Forest, known as the “Primate Capital of the World,” where you will go on a thrilling chimpanzee trek through the lush rainforest. Kibale is home to over 1,500 chimpanzees, and you will have the rare opportunity to get close to these fascinating creatures in their natural environment. Along the way, you will also spot other primates like the red-tailed monkeys and baboons. After the chimpanzee trek, you will take a peaceful walk through Bigodi Swamp, a beautiful and biodiverse wetland, where you can enjoy the sights of rare birds, butterflies, and various wildlife. Next, you will travel to the stunning Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Heritage site and the home of the endangered mountain gorillas.
