Travel Insurance Policy

At Dark Hills Uganda, we highly recommend that all clients booking a safari with us obtain travel insurance to protect themselves and their belongings during their trip. While we strive to provide a safe and secure travel experience, unforeseen circumstances can occur, and having travel insurance offers valuable protection and peace of mind. Please review the following policy details:

Insurance Provider and Policy Options

While we do not provide travel insurance directly, we recommend that clients research and select a reputable travel insurance provider that offers comprehensive coverage for their specific needs. It is important to carefully review the policy terms and conditions, coverage limits, exclusions, and any additional options or upgrades available.

Proof of Insurance

Clients are required to provide proof of travel insurance coverage prior to embarking on their safari with Dark Hills Uganda. This includes sharing relevant insurance policy details, such as the policy number, emergency contact information, and any specific requirements or conditions set by the insurance provider.

Dark Hills Uganda is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by clients that are not covered by their travel insurance policy. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of their insurance coverage and ensuring that it meets their specific needs.
Additional Assistance

While travel insurance provides coverage for various situations, clients should also familiarize themselves with Dark Hills Uganda’s terms and conditions regarding booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.
